If you purchase the product by mistake and cancel it within 24 hours, you will get a refund of 100%. The returned money may be deposited back into the account it came out immediately if there was no charge for the transaction. However, if a charge was made, it may take 5 to 10 business days for your full refund to be posted on your account.

If you received the product and returned it immediately without opening the package, you will get a full refund. However, if you opened the box and decided to return the product, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

If the product is returned without its original package, you will be charged a 25% of the product price and a 10% restocking fee.

When returning the product, use the return slip found inside the package. Some products may have a return slip with paid postage. If a return slip does not have a paid postage, then you will be responsible for the return postage. When returning the product, use the same package container to avoid any damage during shipping.

If a product is returned damaged, the buyer will be held responsible and may not get a refund. Please, re-package carefully to avoid any damage to the product. Before you return your product, call customer service for assistance.
